- Bath in a tub of alkaline salsobromoiodic water at body temperature (about 36°C)
- A sauna or a Turkish bath, followed by a bath in ice or a cold shower
- Another bath in a tub of water similar to the previous one
- A rest stop in the relaxation area lying on a lounger with a herbal tea tasting
- Repeat the process
